Understanding young minds is our strength and believing that every child has a different identity, we respect every child's individuality and help them to nurture to their fullest potential. Our school value system stresses on making every child morally strong and enabling them to become a better citizen of tomorrow along with giving a unique exposure to our students at Tiger Kloof.
Even though they are given wings to fly, yet they remain firmly grounded to their roots. The school is trying every time towards greater heights in the fields of academics, sports and extracurricular activities.
Education is not merely acquirement of facts but also of values which help us improve the different facets of mankind. It ensures that we leave the world a far better place than we found it. An important role of education lies in shaping the personality of a child into a healthy mind and happy soul, who is not only equipped with 21st century skills and aptitude required for academic excellence but helping him face the challenges of life in a balanced way. Therefore, the system of education should work as a driving force in making each child a balanced human being having his core strengths embedded in the learning experiences emerge from our rich socio-cultural background.
There are various challenges ahead of us, however, keeping in mind the words on our school badge: ‘Truth, Patience and Courage’ we are confident that with the support of our staff, parents and students the school will reach greater heights in the years to come. To achieve this, we strongly feel that a paradigm shift in the minds of all stake holders should take place so that when the school becomes the hub to initiate and formalise education which is enshrined in an excellent value system; the extension of which is thereby taken home where it is reinforced further.
In an evolving educational scenario each must understand that educating is an individual and collective effort to serve our nation for bringing out the best in the coming generation 'where the head is held high' and 'knowledge is without fear'. Let our students grow as world class citizens-a generation of wonderful thinkers and excellent planners.
Allow me to conclude my message by quoting the great writer Mark Twain:
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you did not do than by the ones you did do. So through off the bowlines, catch the trade winds in your sails”.
